Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
Started a family in my early 20s, with a clear calling from God to devote my time and energies to my children even though I wanted to pursue music. The word from the Lord to me: What you want to do can wait, but these children will only grow up once. Nearly 20 years later, after educating the kids academically and musically, I've learned a lot myself. I've written scores of songs and used them over the years in worship and in working with children and adults in literacy programs. It's time to unveil my work and passions to the world, sharing what has touched many people locally with everyone else. My music has its own style, most likely to be categorized in the pop category, but sometimes folk- or country-oriented. My songs reach across generational and cultural lines because they touch on the things that really matter most.
