Bio
leopold are a four piece funk/rock band from dublin. infuences in the band are varied from jazz to muse to the beatles to red hot chillis and full circle right the way around to the likes of jeff buckley. there are some really heavy rock influences in the likes of tool and mars volta. we have been together since november 07. since that we have played support to the legendary thin lizzy on their irish tour and supported concerto for constantine in whelans dublin. we are also the opening act for this years 2fm new band stage at the oxegen festival. many admirers of our work are dave fanning,john sykes and many other big names have hailed leopold to be a real force in the irish music scene.
