Bio

Toss into a blender on High: Common (conscience rap), 2Pac (gangster rap), Jay-Z (battle rap) and Kanye West (gospel rap) and you get L.E.S!!!

L.E.S is an American rapper, producer, and record executive of Reality Rap Records. L.E.S was born in Lakenheath, England on a military base not particularly renowned in hip-hop. He was raised in Ramstein, Germany during the time the Berlin Wall came down and came to the United States in 1993.

After his parents divorced L.E.S moved with his father to the United States. Raised by a single parent in New Jersey his father always working L.E.S found himself pulled in two different directions. He dreamed of finishing school and becoming a professional athlete. Then on the other hand, there was the temptation to make fast money by selling narcotics with the neighborhood thugs. One of these directions came to pass and then came to a quick end. L.E.S went from school to school getting kicked out and finally expelled though still receiving his diploma. All the struggles he went through are woven into his Reality Lyrics.

In 1997 his life was radically change after a near fatal car crash. At that moment God spoke to him and said, “I saved you for a purpose.” After being blessed with a second chance at life, L.E.S turned his life around and accepted his Calling. This is to create awareness and impart knowledge to today’s culture.

L.E.S began performing in 1998 at Clubs, Community Centers, Outreaches, Rallies, Coffee Houses, Talent Shows, Teen Centers, Boardwalks, Open Mic’s, Churches and other various organized events. Crowds of all diverse types of people are drawn to him as a beacon of light in the Garden State and throughout the world. He brings a positive message which is going to reform Rap. Many think L.E.S went from street thug to a raising savior of hip-hop.
