Bio
The Malloy boys are back to their roots, playing music reminiscent of their early days in their father's dixieland jazz combo. After many years of rock and roll, their old love for jazz and blues beckoned resulting in a piano/bass duo playing music spanning the decades from as early as 1902 until the Beatles'era with original versions of songs such as Eleanor Rigby and Hard Day's Night. The influence of great jazz and blues artists like Ray Charles, Louis Armstrong and Charles Brown results in a diverse repertoire from Chicago Blues to Be Bop to such jazz classics as Hancock's Chameleon and Watermelon Man. If you want to experience a different kind of blues and jazz check out this duo.
