Pop punk - the most overwhelmed genre of music - sucks unless the band makes it original. Less Is More has created a unique niche for themselves, and they manage not only to avoid sucking, but they totally rock with a style easily identifiable as their own. Plus, they have more punch than Chuck Norris in Delta Force 2. These Dentonites always have an ass-spanking good set, and their CD release party was no exception. They whipped out mostly new material, but they played a few older songs also. Their interesting cover of Jacko’s “Billie Jean,” always proves to be a fantastic feature at their shows. f you’ve never seen Less Is More, you are missing out. This three-piece kicks like Daniel Laruso. Lead singer, Joe MyGlynn, has more charisma than a pool shark and more energy than a Teamster on amphetamines.
The band played many new numbers from their upcoming CD and a wicked cover of Jacko’s “Billie Jean.” If you are a fan of the Vans Warped Tour, check these dudes out locally so you can tell people, “Dude, I saw them before they were big in Japan.”

Bio
Less is More shoots tequila, listens to rap, and kicks more booty than Daniel Larusso. Blending influences of Jimmy Eat World, The Get Up Kids, and Say Anything, Less is More produces sounds that embrace the synergy of power and beauty. Delicate harmonies, titanic rhythms, and musing lyrics provide the allure of this emerging band.
As Shane Epting of Harder Beat avows, "Rock? You bet your horned-rimmed-glasses-wearing-converse-all-stars-sportin' messenger-bag-toting-ass they rock."
