Level 21 members Bass Guitarist Tommy Saints, Drummer Sam Meese, Guitarist Parker Villar, & Lead Vocalist Front Man Billy ray have unique sound the separate them from any Rock band out there. Described by most as “Heavy Rock”. From edgy up-tempo tracks like “Wanna Ride” to thoughtful deep tracks like “Time”, to fun crossover tracks like “Alone” not to mention the ever popular and contagious rock pop track “Crazy Ones” that boast the affection people have for people to be involved with drama filled people. It has lines like “you sent your ex to beat me down, 3 baby daddy’s runnin round”. They keep the audiences widely entertained.
If you ever been to a school you will surely enjoy “My Teachers a Dick”. From the audience response this will be a classic for years to come. The musical influences can be heard through the many songs performed in concert. As you hear Lead Vocalist and Front Man Billy Ray belt out songs with his heavy voice which most describe as a cross between Darious Rucker and Lenny Krafitz, right down to the rock guitar stylings of Guitarist Parker Villar, to the thunder smooth but rockin sound of Bassist Tommy Saints, to the killer precision drumming of Drummer Sam Meese. Music is about the people, people are about the music. So says lead vocalist and front man Billy Ray for the ever-popular rock band Level 21. founded by Bassist Tommy Saints, this heavy rock band formerly known as Twelve Gauge Saints is comprised of Tommy,Sam Meese the drummer and guitarist Parker Millar all from Spokane Washington, and Billy Ray from Oakland, California. This 4-piece band has a unique sound described by most as heavy rock, the sounds comes together from a musical mix in backgrounds from its members.
Tommy Saints its founding member has over 30 years in music and a number of years as a one of the regions premiere bassist and song writers. The Drummer Sam who is originally from Spokane is also one of its founding members.
Sam who is the middle child from a family of 4 Picked up his first drum sticks at the age of 12. After performing in and forming a number of bands he eventually met Tommy and Parker through a mutual friend and formed the group. Parker the lead and rhythm guitarist who hails originally from Spokane found his home on guitar at the young age of 14 years old.
This 2ndto the oldest of 4 kids is a rocker to the core who cites his inspirations as Nirvana and Billy Squire.
Parker also played in a few bands and has matured into one of the most exciting guitarists anywhere. After hooking up with Sam and Tommy and dealing with a few lead vocalists that simply were not a fit, the guys had a chance meeting with lead vocalist and front man Billy Ray.
While residing in the northwest this youngest of 11 has a storied history in music which includes time spent as ghost music producer. In addition he plays more than 10 instruments.
With a history in EDM and rock he is regarded as one of the most exciting and electrifying front man and vocalist in rock.
Level 21 as a group delivers one of the most original gripping performances night after night through its exciting mix of heavy rock with some pop appeal. Level 21 can found thrilling audiences nationwide at a venue near you.
