Tita Hutchison and Greg "Goopking" Stricklin have been songwriting partners for 9 years. In that time we have written, engineered produced, recorded and promoted award winning, critically acclaimed albums and tours.

Levy: The Band, or LTB is something that came together while writing for an established Country artist. On February 15, 2009 we wrote a song for the economy called "Devil Plays for Keeps." After presenting the song to said artist and management it was decided that the artist would not be believable presenting the song due to his financial well being. Since all concerned were genuinely excited about the song, and realized it need to be recorded and distributed quickly, Tita and Greg were urged to produce it themselves.

February 28, 2009-Tita and Greg gathered their tried and true team of studio musicians and recorded "Devil Plays for Keeps." Upon its completion and mix Greg decided to release it to his buddies in the entertainment community that had taken a beating in the stock market. Two days after emailing the song to these executives, two prominent film crews from two big budget films got together and decided a video needed to be shot. A few days went by when LTB was called and told all that “needed to be done� were the "LIVE SHOTS." So, on March 7, 2009 this was accomplished.

After a few weeks of editing the video, "Devil Plays for Keeps" was released on YouTube and quickly garnered 20,000+ views with little to no promotion.
Being a Texas Native, and having toured the Great State extensively, Greg started the radio blitz. After a plethora of non-reporting Texas stations started to play Devil Plays for Keeps, larger broadcasters started to grab hold. First to grab on was Dr. Bob of Dr. Bobs blues show in Springfield, MO. on Clear Channels US97 and their sister country station The Wolf. In just a few short weeks Devil Plays for Keep’s moved through Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana. Immediately Greg and Tita wrote and recoded their follow up entitled “Whisper on The Wind� that reflects on all of our simpler times. Starting May 16, 2009 Whisper on The Wind will debut on some 16 stations in the markets above.

Currently LTB is in the process of recording 20 songs. After we beat each other to a pulp deciding which songs to release, we will release the Album "Aim Low" by the first of June 2009.

Needless to say, this is not Greg and Tita’s first rodeo, but for a change they are coming out from behind the scenes to have a little fun themselves.
Both are easily Googled, and you will find that these two have truly been "living the dream," just not in the open.

At the moment, LTB's social network pages are only for Industry personnel, and at a quick glance will show many MD's, PD's and DJ's as friends.
