Liam Ford (aka Billy Staff) is best known to midwest and west coast audiences as the founder and lead vocalist of "Big Bang Theory" a popular 80's rock band which achieved regional fame. His charisma and stage presence as Liam Ford, as well as his exciting vocals,
are a huge part of what sets this band apart from other
rockabilly wannabe's; during the Cash set, his vocal stylings please the most devoted of Johnny's fans;
Andy Pagel, award-winning drummer, also sings background vocals, and has years of experience playing with many artists across genres; most recently he has played with The Western Box Turtles.
Frank Calarco is an accomplished lead guitarist,
having toured all over the midwest with numerous bands; his guitar solos with The Band in Black help this band achieve a performance level above all competition;
Jeff Hoorman, on upright bass and vocals, has toured extensively across the south and midwest with such bands as UXB, Sig Snopek, and the All American Jazz Orchestra.
Together, this band replicates sounds of some of the greatest songwriters and performers of their genre,
while adding contemporary energy to familiar tunes.
