Life After Me was formed in the summer of 2008 after our previous projects dissolved. We wanted to create a sound that was unique to our local scene. it seemed like every band focused on playing mind numbing breakdowns, electro-pop dance beats, and covering all of that with auto-tuned vocals. That was not us. We wanted to create something raw, that could relate to the scene, but stand out. We wrote a multitude of songs until we discovered our own sound, and then took off with it. After recording a self released ten song LP, we have been trying to gig nonstop, while also evolving our sound and creating more music.
