Bio
Life Beyond Shadows formed in October of 2006. We had a vision to create rock music for Christ. Our goal from the start was to use the talents God gave us to glorify and rock out for Christ. Throughout that year we developed a sound that was entirely our own. LBS plays entirely original music.
In 2006-2007 we start touring locally. Master Arts Theatre of Cutlerville was our first venue. From there we’ve played at several local venues including FRENZ Coffee House (both Rockford & Grand Rapids locations), Mocha-N-Music in Hudsonville and Epic Coffee House in Rockford.
Summer of 2007 we had the opportunity to do some more traveling. We performed at Fife Lake for a community event, rocked out at Relay For Life in Comstock Park, Rockin’ from the Roof for Frontline Community Church and SumerFest for High Point Community Church.
In October of 2007 we recorded our first DEMO CD. This demo cd has 4 of our original songs. This was recorded at Forest Hills Fine Arts Center.
Summer of 2008 we signed a contract with Tate Music Group.
We continue to tour around the West Michigan area throughout the year. We’re looking forward to rocking new venues in this area.
