Lifestyle started after longtime friends Bennett Livingston (Bassist) and Scott Zimmerman (Drummer) were shown a video of Stephen Perkins(Vocals/Guitarist) playing guitar on a friend’s camera phone. Instantly recognizing the sound that the two had been looking for, and after a few failed attempts at starting other projects, they quickly contacted Stephen to come and jam. From then on Lifestyle has been creating new music encompassing all of the influences each band member embodies. The intricate and unique guitar riffs combined with the fulfilling vocal melodies of Stephen display a strong alternative rock influence of bands such as Staind, Alice in Chains and Seather which is complemented by the heavy hitting, technical drum beats of Scott and the punchy, empowering bass lines of Bennett. Lifestyle is currently playing live shows all over the greater Orlando area with their two singles "Walk Away" "Your Name" circulating through several Florida rock stations such as 101.1 WJRR's Native Noise, Radio Hab Internet radio and Southwest Florida's greatest rock station 99X.
