The Cd is Packed with a dynamic collection of songs that challenge the listener to break out of those things that constantly hold us back from experiencing a full life in Christ.

Since their inception in the fall of 2002, Life Support has been bringing hundreds of people together in the name of praise and celebration in honour of their Creator, Jesus Christ. Talented and flexible, the bands creative influences include Switchfoot, Radiohead, Third Day, Hillsongs/United Live, and Fourth Avenue Jones to name just a few. Over the past two years, Life Support has been busy touring Canadas East Coast, playing everywhere from youth camps and major conventions to holding their own services within the halls of St. FX University.
