I play guitar and sing anything from pop to rock to country. If I had a band I would be recording alot more country, but I dont. I can play a number of instruments all self taught. I also can rap extremely well, which makes my country/acoustic/rap feel different than any girl you've ever seen.

I began playing music at the age of 10. I started with the drums, and moved to guitar quickly after that. With just a handful of lessons for them all, I taught myself to play the guitar, drums, and piano very quickly. My heaviest influences are Katy Perry and Carrie Underwood. I grew up listening to R.E.M. and Bruce Springsteen, so I like to incorporate their sounds into my music as well. My friends have described my sound as a female John Mayer or Jason Mraz. I favor playing country music because I love learning new licks on my guitar. I can play the guitar better than 98% of any girl youve ever met, and I also love playing Corey Smith because I can rap extremely well. No, I am not joking.

My biggest influence when it comes to my music career is my cousin Zack. Zack was four years older than me and we grew up together. He was, and still is, one of the best guitar players I have ever seen. He inspired me to first play the drums, and everything beyond it. He passed away last May and since then I have done everything in my music career for him.
