This band has been around since January 2007 and it didn't take them long to develop a large dedicated following. They can be found playing the local bars and private parties. This past summer they were excited to be the opening band for both David Wilcox and Helix at the Belgium Club in Delhi. The members include; Felicia Mcminn-Lead vocals,rhythm guitar; Brian Fettes- bass,vocals;Jay Preston-lead guitar,vocals and John Debathe-drums,vocals. If you enjoy a night of classic and new rock you will definitely want to catch a performance by this local area band. On lead vocals and rhythm guitar,Felicia Mcminn;Drums and back up vocals, John Debathe;Bass guitar, Brain Fettes; Lead guitar, Jay Preston. I would attribute this band's success to John and Brian's tight rhythm,Jay's guitar work & Felicia's strong vocals.Limestone is always a great show.They have become almost an instant hit in the surrounding area and are gaining momentum and recognition very quickly. Bio
Described as the supergroup of Simcoe area, (Ontario) these four musicians,all have been playing in some top bands from the area for many years, they now have combined their talents and expertise to create limestone.
Together since January 2007 these four have already built quite the dedicated following around Simcoe,Port Dover,Tillsonburg,Delhi area young and old alike,there"s something for everyone in their vast catalogue of cover tunes ranging from Beatles,CCR,Led Zepplin as well as more modern music such as No Doubt,Sublime,Sheryl Crow etc.They take great pride in the fact that the covers they play are not songs that you,d hear the average cover band play,taking on harder and more complex pieces of music.
Thanks to Felicia's unbelievable vocal range they are able to attempt things that weren't possible in the other bands they'd played in before. Currently Limestone is in the middle of recording their first debut album.
