Songwriter, performer, producer, film-maker, lincoln smith is a true independant artist. His debut ep on Just So Records shows lincoln to be an artist of immense depth and feeling. 'You are loved' is a warm, evocative plea to an insecure lover. 'You've got to call' is a plaintive call to a 'friend, lover, enemy' to ignore past mistakes. 'Song for charlie' was inspired by an english prisoner who changed his name to charles bronson. He has been locked up for some 20 years despite the fact he has never killed anyone. His story inspired lincoln to write the song.
