Biography

New York City born, Singer-Songwriter-Arranger-Recording Artist-Producer, LINDA NOYES, began singing at 2, composed her first piano piece at 8, and sang in New York City's Central Park at 11.
At 22, her POP/R&B Duo, “MIRROR, MIRROR” (with former UNITED ARTIST RECORDS, Recording Artist, ROY SMITH), gained local popularity after the duo performed their original music live on SOUTH FLORIDA CABLE NETWORK CHANNEL, 33.
While touring Georgia, Linda’s “Soulful, R&B Musical Style” also gained the interest of JAMES BROWN, (the GODFATHER OF SOUL). She has played and sang back-up for celebrated Country Recording Artist, JOHN ANDERSON, and also performed on stage with CHUCK LEVELL of The ALLMAN BROS. BAND.
In 1989Linda’s, “CRIMINAL OF LOVE”, co-written with local Singer-Songwriter-Producer, HOWARD TIANO, was awarded by Billboard Magazine. A few weeks later her Original, “DON’T WANNA WAIT FOR MIRACLES”, (instrumental version), was aired every weekday morning for seven consecutive months on THE HOME SHOPPING NETWORK TELEVISION STATION, CHANNEL 69, in conjunction with South Florida RADIO STATION, Y100, for the SONNY FOX & FOOTY MORNING SHOW TELEVISION SIMULCAST. She additionally wrote, produced, performed, and recorded a parody-jingle for South Florida RADIO STATION, Y100, which was aired regularly to advertise FOOTY’S FOURTH ANNUAL WING DING CHARITY.

Being born and raised in NYC, I was blessed with the magic of art and culture. Sitting as close as possible to the orchestra at Broadway Shows was heaven to me.

Presently I am finishing up my debut album, "TAKE YOU TO PARADISE" which will include Dance Re-mixes and bonus music videos, and searching for sponsorships/endorsements with major corporations to assist in marketing and promotions.
"TAKE YOU TO PARADISE" is now up for public ratings on all CLEAR CHANNEL HIT MUSIC STATIONS around the U.S. and on TOUCH TUNES JUKEBOXES around the U.S. and overseas at U.S. Military Bases.

From the LINDA NOYES Upcoming Album, “TAKE YOU TO PARADISE”

(Verse 1)
I wanna take you somewhere far away
Where no one will find us when we want to play
Where we can discover each other’s little ways
It will be our fantasy and we’ll stay

(Chorus)
I wanna Take You To Paradise
And show you what you mean to me
Take You To Paradise
And give you all the love you need

(Verse 2)
Do you remember when we first were one
Well I felt it too, it was more than just fun
When we kept it on way past the mornin’ sun, honey
Well I knew then just what we would become

(Chorus)
Because you Take Me To Paradise
I’ll show you what you do to me
Take You To Paradise
I’ll give you what you really need
Come on and let’s go to Paradise
I’ll show you what you mean to me
Let’s go to Paradise
I’ll give you all the love you need

(Refrain)
I wanna make you, I wanna shake you in Paradise
I wanna make you, I wanna shake you in Paradise
