"Lindsay Drummond- More Than Enough"

Cool contemporary jazz-inflected pop groove, Drummond has plenty of sass, even at her most lyrically intimate and mundane, conjuring up images of hot days and easy nights. She's a young woman who obviously knows her own mind and taking nothing less. As a keyboards player, she's obviously taking inspiration from the Stevie Wonder/Sade end of the musical spectrum than say, Ben Folds, being gently melodic rather than edgy, accessible rather than experimental, with plenty of funk when she moves into feisty mode, as on the title track and 'I Am', the latter complete with cascading harmonies. - Drum Media- Michael Smith

"Lindsay's music."

‘I can’t stop listening to Lindsay’s Debut EP myself; it’s taken up residence in my car!’

- Kristy Head- ABC Radio (Producer)

Latest EP 'More Than Enough' with tracks heard on COMSAT and ABC radio with the title track coming third in the Australian Songwriting Association's Nation competition. The launch of her EP has been aired several times on TVS (Channel 31- Austaralia's foremost community TV station). Lindsay is currently recieving airplay in parts of VIC, Sydneys Central coast, southern highlands and Great Lakes.

LINDSAY DRUMMOND: In less than a year Lindsay has brought her tasteful original music from out of the bedroom to the stage of the State Theatre; supporting international legend Jose Feliciano, from the headphones of the home studio to the airwaves of ABC radio and from scrawled notes of song to a 3rd place in the Australian Songwriters Association’s National Competition. Her debut EP ‘More Than Enough’ is selling steadily and is in her own words the ultimate in Anti-Road Rage CDs! Chilled and thoughtful, mature and insightful the debut release is inspired by her own life and the death of her father from cancer. Leaving behind a successful career in comedy, Lindsay now showcases her strong and serious side but you still feel the ebb and flow of her comedic heritage sprinkled throughout the release and her live shows. Lindsay keeps going from strength to strength and is definitely a face to watch and voice to listen out for.
