Bio

Louisiana-raised, Baton Rouge, LA-based singer/songwriter Lindsay Rae Spurlock honed her chops decoding complex time signatures while playing piano and singing with a progressive rock band in college, but it was her knack for crafting perfectly seasoned pop confections that would eventually land her a sizable audience.

She has performed all over the US, opening for Lisa Loeb and Shiny Toy Guns, as well as headlining her own shows in NYC, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Austin (SXSW), Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta and Los Angeles, where she currently resides. Through her partnership with A&G Sync, she has placements on national networks such as Adult Swim (Children's Hospital), NBC (Watch Over Me), MTV (Real World, Road Rules), Oxygen (Bad Girls' Club) and WB (Felicity). Her work with Muzak has landed her original music on compilations for Neiman Marcus, Barneys, Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, Outback Steakhouse, and Bonefish Grill, to name a few. Her single 'As For Now' was also selected to be featured in Paste Magazine's new music sampler.

Lindsay's latest EP 'Heart On', published by BMI, was produced by Grammy winner Ben Allen (Gnarls Barkley/Animal Collective/Local Natives), and can be found on Pandora, Spotify, iTunes,CDbaby, and Amazon.

Her songs have an infectious energy and unmistakable style that shouldn't be missed!
