Lindsay Schulz

Lindsay Schulz grew up in Texas, and now currently lives in Austin. She began playing music about 6 years ago after hearing Jason Mraz on a late night talk show. Before that fateful evening, Lindsay never realized music had the opportunity to be written, honestly and sincerely, unlike what she heard on the radio. She began writing lyrics and poetry constantly and somewhere along the way picked up her mom's old classical guitar. She learned four chords, and her first song was written at age 15. Since then, Lindsay has been preforming all over Texas, and most notably played a showcase for the 2009 SXSW music festival. She has also played at many other venues is Austin and Texas like Momo's, The Door Dallas, Southwestern University, Walter's on Washington, Borders Books and Music, and many others.

She is currently recording her first EP with hours won in a fan voted studio-time contest.
