Lindsay Schulz

Lindsay Schulz began playing music at the age of 15. Using her mom's old classical guitar, she learned 3 chords and was hooked. Since then, Lindsay has been virtually self-taught on the guitar. She has played many venues in the past 6 years including multiple venues throughout Austin, Houston, Dallas, and The Woodlands. Her music began as solely singer/songwriter but has since grown into so much more. She now blends indie and pop into her songs for a unique combination. Her music is influenced by her life, her loves, and the years she spent growing up in the city. Schulz's biggest dream is to go on tour and share her music with even more people than she does now. At just 21 years of age, Schulz has accomplished much in her short time as a working musician. She won a fan-voted contest for free studio time in Austin, TX with Penny Creek Studios. She has also received interest from music labels, radio play on the Sam Houston State college radio, appearances at large music festivals (like The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival), and most recently teamed up with two popular video producers to film a music video for her song "Paper Planes", coming out in July. Schulz is currently writing in preparation for an upcoming EP.
