The summer of 2010 brought Lindsey LaBelle to Stillwork Recording Studio to record a few covers of her father's original songs. Working with producer Benjamin Jon, the two ended up quickly co-writing a collection of country flavored pop songs and began recording a full length album soon afterward.
Western Massachusetts, known for its flourishing metal/hardcore superstars and acclaimed indie-rock Northampton scene, has never been known as a country music playground. LaBelle brings a brand new game to the table with a fresh sound, a band comprised of area rock mainstay players, and a live show ready to win over new fans night-after-night.
Lindsey LaBelle has been well received by her hometown music scene; She is selling out local venues and currently is holding the #1 Country position on Reverbnation's local charts.
The highly anticipated recording, "Who's Drinking with Me Tonight?", was released in August, 2011 on Stillwork Records, a division of Altered Industry Entertainment.
