Liquid Blue is a band based in San Diego, California. Numerous Awards include "America's Best Dance Band" at the National Music Awards, "Best Cover Band" at the San Diego Music Awards, "Pop Album of the Year" at the Los Angeles Music Awards and "America's Best Independent Artist". San Diego based Liquid Blue is a unique band with a unique sound. Featuring the BlueGirls trio, the seven-member act has performed in more than 100 countries (a world-record). They were the first American act to be signed by a Chinese record company and have developed a large fan base in Asia. The band and its well-traveled members are very active on social issues (see "Green page"). The group operates Liquid Blue Radio, a "socially conscious" internet radio station on Live365 and well as hosting a monthly educational series featuring documentary movies and discussions since 2005.
