Liquid Thin was founded when guitarist/vocalist Isaiah James moved to the midwest from Los Angeles and started collaborating with drummer Chris Hill. It didnt take Hill and James long performing small shows wherever they could to start building a larger and larger fan base that would require rounding out the low end tones with bassist Treavor Anthony. In the bands 2year history they have created an incredible pace, already making friends and playing with national acts such as Joe Firstman(carson daly show), Robert Randolph, Ben Kenney& DJ Killmore(incubus), rehab, Days of the New, Kamasi Washington & Steve Bruehner(snoop dogg) and more. The band has played all different shapes and sizes of gigs ranging from coffee houses, packed clubs, arenas, 14,000 people festivals to singer James playing on last call with Carson Daly to millions of late night tv watchers. In this short amount of time Liquid Thin has been there and done it, proving that in any situation they will bring the one thing they know best..an incredible live show and always mor than enough soul.
