"Lisa Fishman in "Shpil, Shpil, Shpil" (Backstage.com)"

“Lisa Fishman expertly sings and plays the guitar...”
- Gwen Orel, Backstage.com ( - Backstage.com (March 19, 2009)

"Lisa Fishman in "Ghetto Cabaret" (Back Stage West)"

“…especially to a lovely young cabaret chanteuse. The singer, played by Lisa Fishman, is the only woman in the cast. Fishman’s apple-blossom beauty doesn’t call attention to itself, but look and you’ll see it. Modest, shy, virginal, put her on that tiny ghetto stage, give her a song to sing, and wait for magic that never fails. When she becomes a chanteuse she’s dynamite.”
- Polly Warfield - Back Stage West

"Lisa Fishman in "Ghetto Cabaret" (The Sun)"

“Lisa Fishman is a standout as the songstress,... Fishman is a pained beauty whose musical interpretations seem to well-up from an innermost place. Fishman’s rendition of ‘Be Still’ is nothing less than stirring.”
- Ben Miles - The Sun

"Lisa Fishman in "Ghetto Cabaret" (LA Times)"

"Noteworthy is Lisa Fishman as the beautiful singer with the voice of an angel.”
- Philip Brandes - Los Angeles Times

"Lisa Fishman in "Ghetto Cabaret" (Harbor Ind. News)"

“Lisa Fishman is a knockout singer! She carries the musical load with her flexible, expressive voice.”
- Gene Warech - Harbor Independent News

"Lisa Fishman in "Oliver" (Fontana Herald News)"

“The incredible voice of Lisa Fishman as Nancy was a definite highlight of the evening. Her performances had the audience roaring with applause.”
- Ed and Amber Tiedgen - Fontana Herald News

"Lisa Fishman in "Oliver""

“As Nancy, the doomed heroine, golden-voiced Lisa Fishman is credible and empathetic; she provides a smashing rendition of the haunting ballad, ‘As Long As He Needs Me.’”
- Les Spindle - Back Stage West

"Lisa Fishman in "Cabaret" (Ithaca Times)"

“Lisa Fishman smartly works her Sally Bowles at every moment – careless, distracted, sucking up surface pleasures – not an attractive portrait, but an accurate one. The passion explodes, fittingly, in her final, vocally astonishing blow-out number, ‘Cabaret.’”
- Barbara Adams - Ithaca Times

"Lisa Fishman in "Cabaret" (The Citizen)"

“Fishman has a powerful voice and knows how to sell a song. Both ‘Don’t Tell Mama’ and ‘Cabaret’ had the audience by the throat."
- Tom Woods - The Citizen

"Lisa Fishman in "Cabaret" (Syracuse New Times)"

“As Sally, Lisa Fishman does indeed turn the signature song, ‘Cabaret,’ into a thunderous showstopper just before the finale, an ode to celebration on the eve of destruction.”
- James MacKillop - Syracuse New Times
