Lithium Lightz

"I'm broke, clothes in my backpack.  Your gone but I'm not looking back.  Dreams alive, hoping for better days."  This quote from Lithium Lightz's single "Get Out My Way," sets the tone as the band continues writing and recording new music set to release soon!

Hailing from the heartland, Lithium Lightz is an American rock band that formed in Kansas City in 2015.  Members include lead singer Shaun Aaron, bassist Brian Karrer, guitarists Jason High and Nelson Young, and Michael Peacock is on drums.  Members come from different musical backgrounds from metal, to punk, to soft rock, to pop, forming a fusion of sound that is fresh, new, high energy, and hypnotic.  The music of Lithium Lightz has been described as if Nirvana got into a bar fight with Staind and the Ramones.     

Lithium Lightz formed from previous band projects as past members moved away.  The guys have different career backgrounds spanning from pharmaceuticals to graphic design to environmental health to machinist, but they all have a true passion for writing and creating music.  They have played at various venues around the Kansas City metropolitan and enjoy playing shows for great causes, including "Artists Helping The Homeless Fundraiser" and "The City Union Mission Coat Drive 4 Kids."  One of Lithium Lightz top priorities is to entertain the listeners and have fun!  Their latest endeavor is to release their first EP.
