this is organic, ass-grabbing rock music with an unexpected naivety and charming coyness; while rock nā roll cool in the last decade has largely been about a cold, urban laissez faire, the rewards of āL.A.ā lie in its honest, wide-eyed reaction to the truth about life in the big city - and biting sarcasm underpinned by a piano line that struts around like an L.A. pimp - Bedroomer

Bio
Based out of Guelph, Ontario, Little Men was formed in early 2011, consisting of Andrew Tigchelaar, brothers Zach and Joe Cassidy, and high school friends Ben Stier and Matt Walter.
The musical style can be described as rock/pop, with an emphasis on bass, beats, and keyboards. At the same time, the sound of the band is diverse, with saxophone, violin, harmonica, and acoustic guitar also featured.
With five members in the band, many different musical tastes are brought to the table, but some influences include Tool, Radiohead, Sly and the Family Stone and Jay-Z.
Little Men have spent the first year of their existence writing and recording music, shooting three music videos, and playing several live shows in the Guelph area. With a full length album coming in March, the band is looking to branch out and tour more extensively through 2012.
