LittleStarRun

LittleStarRun is the artist moniker of Pennsylvania born musician and actress Rachel Lucille Woodworth. After falling in love with the country while on a circus theater tour she moved to Athens, Greece permanently in 2005 to pursue a new life and acting. After a few years in theater school she noticed that all the roles that interested her were those of musicians or involving music. She began writing songs inspired by the mythical surroundings of Greece coupled with her American folk roots and the punk and indie rock of her youth. Her music can be described as ethereal indie folk or indie psych-dream pop. In 2012 she enrolled in Musical Praxis Conservatory to study guitar and music theory and began performing around Athens with blues guitarist Yiotis Kyttaris. In 2015 she returned to the US to reconnect after so many years abroad to work on her debut album. She can be seen performing solo or singing backing vocals and playing with NEPA indie psychedelic rock band BrianTV. Her debut album is due out sometime in 2017.
