Bio
Liv Wade, A Metis singer-songwriter from Vancouver Island, BC. Having written and played music since she was very young, she records and produces all her own music with a friend and released her first EP independently in 2011, My Great (available on iTunes).
Miss Wade now lives Vancouver and is writing her second album. She released a single in 2012 called “My Love”. Both her songs “My Love” and “Big Bear” from her EP have made it all the way from National Aboriginal Music Count Down in Canada to the airways in Cape Town, South Africa.
Her music is influenced by her passion for nature, love, sexuality, connection, culture and family. Liv’s music is inspired by day-to-day thoughts, reflections and an array of experiences she translates so delicately on paper.
