LIVING EULOGY

Day in and day out, bands from all around are striving for the music industry to take notice of them. Not every day does a band come along that has a unique sound, the professionalism and a determination like no other.

Los Angeles based, female fronted hard rock/pop group, Living Eulogy, is THAT band.

Formed in 2010, band members consist of lead vocalist/songwriter Tiana Woods, guitarist/songwriter Rossen Pinkas, drummer/pianist Jeff Butters and bassist Chris Wray. As fate would have it, all members had just left previous bands and were all searching for the right combination of musicians to pursue their musical goals. Through the power of networking and mutual friends, they were able to come together to create Living Eulogy.

Living Eulogy might sound like a somber name at first introduction, but it is quite the contrary. Tiana Woods explains that the name “represents living your legacy while you are still on this earth. Following your dreams and doing something great with your life that people will remember you by.” Songs from their just released first EP include, “My Heart”, “How it Feels to be Alive” and “Falling Away”. A mix of commercial pop vocals accompanied by hard rock guitars, the songs emotional lyrics deal with the ups and downs of life, but by making sure that the end result is always uplifting.

As stated in “How it Feels to be Alive”: “We’ll be there for you/We’ll be there with you/If you feel like dying/We’ll show you how it feels to be alive.”

LIVING EULOGY is set to be THEIR legacy.
