Liz Bills

The music of the Liz Bills band is always evolving. The music started with just Liz herself on piano. She brings it to the other members of the band and its crazy how the songs transform. Everyone in the band has the freedom to explore creatively and add their own unique style to the sound. Liz started off with a lot of power ballads but with they band she started to experiment with faster paced dance pop music and blues soul. Its hard to classify the Liz Bills into one genre...theres a little bit of soul, blues, rock n' roll, pop, dance, electro.... very unique and interesting stuff! And the talent is real! Liz Bills has some real pipes!!! Anthony, the drummer, won second place in a national drumming competition! He even had a successful audition with Cirque Du Soleil! The guitarist Jesse Cohan has graduated from Berklee College of music and can play drums, guitar, and piano! And Derrik the bass player only picked up the bass 3 years ago and he got himself a scholarship to Berklee College of music! Real talent! The Liz Bills band's driving influences are Lady Gaga, Paramore, Hanson, Evanescence, MGMT, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, CCR, James Taylor, Bee Gees, and too many more to list! Liz Bills started the band and it took her almost a year to find Anthony, Jesse, and Derrik! She wasn't going to settle for just anyone! She found everyone on craigslist, a great networking site!
