Good things come to those who wait. This time tested saying is a true statement of LLC's passion, determination and enthusiasm towards music. One man band, Lorenzo La Cava (vocals, guitar, drums, bass, keys, percussion) has been in numerous bands perfecting his art. Frontman in Worst Case Scenario (RIP), beating the skins in Le Venge and now guitarist / vocalist in new act, Divide & Conquer.
With influences ranging from Third Eye Blind to Lionel Richie to Fall Out Boy to Michael Buble, this brand of pop rock is refreshing to the listener's ears. There's plenty of hard thumping beats, pounding bass lines, intricate layered guitar licks & strong powerhouse vocals to keep any music lover tapping their toes and humming along.
Having wrapped up recording 4 track EP (online release) @ Broken Sound Studios, Sydney early 2011, LLC has no immediate intentions of touring this downloadable EP. "I just wanted to get these songs off my chest and out of my head. Some were written when I was 15!" he says. "I just want these songs out there, by any means necessary." First single "Fingers Crossed, This Won't Hurt A Bit" is about where Lorenzo La Cava is in his life right now. "I wrote that song for my mum. She has supported me with my music endeavours since the beginning and I wanted to give something in return."
