Lloyd Halsell and the Just Friends Band is a Performance band offerings its own original compositions and cleverly orchestrated arrangements for the pop –jazz loving community. If you enjoy listening to the music of George Duke, Herbie Hancock or Pat Matheny, then you will be pleasantly inspired while listening to The Halsell & Just Friends experience.   Musical composer and founder Lloyd Halsell is an accomplished guitarist and is matchless in his arrangements for the band. He gives audiences what they want and also surprises them with the unexpected.  Whether   listening to their enchanting melodies or their break lose classic jazz funk, this band promises to stretch your imagination and serve you anything but the predictable.  We provide music which nourishes the soul and uplifts the Listeners’ consciousness,   transcending all to a place called peace and tranquility from the storms of life.
