Bio

Born and raised in South Central, Lo moved to Las Vegas at the age of 12. Not really wanting to leave the Golden State, Lo was forced to settle and adapt in the Vegas heat. With having nobody to express his feelings to, he resorted to the pen and pad. By the age of 16, he recorded his first song at a friends house. By the age of 18 he recorded his first mixtape (Keeping Up Straight Hustlin Vol. 1) which consisted of 18 tracks. K.U.S.H Vol. 1 held street anthems such as 'Knots in My Pocket', 'Paper Chasing', and 'I'm Ill'. Lo also gave us some emotion with tracks like 'Cloud 10' and 'Amen'. Reviews were good, and the streets were talking.

Nine months later he dropped his second mixtape 'Dazed and Confused'. With a following now, Lo decided to show people a different side of him, a more lyrical side. This 15 track mixtape brought Lo more fans, and to the stage of many local venues. Lo also released his first music video, with his motivational track 'A Matter of Time', his fan base grew a little bit more. Deciding it was time for another visual Lo put out 'Food For Thought', with lines like "I know im disappointing my parents by not going to college", many related.

Not even a week after his second mixtape, Lo hooked up with fellow local artist Hack The Mack, and cooked up Lo's third project of the year 'Soul Food'. The mixtape was dropped just in time for Thanksgiving to give the fans something to eat with their families. 'Soul Food' featured all original production from Hack The Mack and a bangin' track from Trade Voorhees. 'Somebody's Gotta Do It' was immediately a fan favorite, the Trade Voorhees produced song, has heavy trumpets and an all-around good feel that anybody can nod their head too. On songs like 'Cranberry Sauce and Stuffing' and 'The Audition of Illusions', Lo shows his fans how much he has progressed since his first January release. Doing shows at the House of Blues LV showed Lo and his fans, that people were finally listening.

The year of 2012 is only looking better for Lo. As he was selected to perform in 6 cities and open up for acts such as Wale, Big Sean, and Soulja Boy. Also getting ready for his Hip Hop Roots performance, Lo is looking to get bigger, and his name to ring in even more states. Lo also plans on dropping his fourth studio project 'Keeping Up Staight Hustlin Vol. 2', a follow up on his Jan. 2011 mixtape, the fans can not wait!
