Lofton, born Jimmy Lofton, performs under the stage name “Lofton.” Originally from Germany, Lofton moved to the Puget Sound area at an early age and grew up there. This brotha has been a part of the Hip-Hop culture since the age of 12. Lofton is a 6 point artist as he is gifted with Songwriting, Beat creation, production, rapping, singing along with an amazing ability to imitate sounds, which some call a “verbal turntable.” Those natural born abilities gives this M.C. an edge that cannot be denied. Lofton was exposed to all genres of music as a young man one can tell that his influences come from many different places once you hear his music.
