Longview - A Tribute to Green Day

Longview - A Tribute to Green Day has one goal - be exactly like Green Day. We love Green Day, have had the pleasure to see them live, and we want our fans to feel like they are at a Green Day show. We dress like Green Day, look like Green Day and most importantly, SOUND like Green Day!

Longview is the perfect band for your festival, outdoor event, nightclub, casino, bar, or even private party! Venues love us because we appeal to music lovers of all ages, and put on a youthful PERFORMANCE - we never just stand around on stage. 

We cover all eras of Green Day and play songs from every album. We cover all the radio hits and fan favorites such as When I Come Around, American Idiot, Basket Case, Holiday, and many more! 

We stay true to Green Day's sound on a technical level as well. Our own Billie Joe Armstrong & Mike Dirnt (Billie Trev and Dan Dirnt) play the same guitars and basses as their heroes. Our own Tre Cool (J Cool) plays a similar drum set-up too. We have purchased all of our gear with Green Day in mind and have adjusted our tones to get as close to that signature Green Day sound as we possibly can.

Our look is representative of Green Day's popular American Idiot era, but we also can mix it up with some outfit changes to pay tribute to the classic punk-era Green Day that has inspired us to start playing music in the first place. If requested, we can do a "multi-era show" starting with older instruments and outfits they've worn, and ending with the more modern instruments and Green Day look that they have come to be known for today.

Our goal is to share the music that we love with every fan in attendance. We want to entertain the crowd and give them an immersive Green Day experience that can't be found anywhere else. We love Green Day and we stand by our performance as the next best thing to seeing Green Day themselves.
