-These fourteen demo tracks served as the bands first self titled album after all final mixes and remains of their sessions were destroyed in wrath of hurricane Katrina. Over two thousand copies of this album have been sold.

Lookin 4 Juice is a high energy modern rock band hailing from South Mississippi. The band has been touring regional venues and delighting audiences of all ages for the past several years. Drawing influences from diverse artists such as Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters,Sevendust and Incubus, L4J holds a strong connection with their fans. Whether it be the small stage of a local bar or supporting multi-platinum selling arena act, crowds young and old always want to hear more. The music of Lookin 4 Juice has been described as "lyrically powerful, high energy, and extremely tasteful..." characterized by dual guitars, powerful melodies and a solid bottom. The radio friendly songs of L4J always seem to catch and hold the attention of anyone who happens upon them. Be it the inspirational tune "Stand Up" or the multi-genre friendly ballad "Promise Me Juliet" listeners of the band always seem to latch on and hold a close connection with the message L4J music conveys. Touring the south-eastern United States for over five years, Lookin 4 Juice has brought their high energy show through some of the most renowned regional venues (Hard Rock Live, Floyds Music Store, The Work-Play Theatre etc.) The band has won numerous "battle of the bands" as well as shared the stage with such touring acts as 12 Stones, Egypt Central, Sore Eyes, Papercut Massacre, Park Lane and Uncrowned.
