Hey Everyone! I just wanted to send a little note to let you know how great I think you all are...not only individually, but together you're definately the best group around. It's exciting to watch a band that has so much energy...Gregg usually has enough energy for EVERYONE and always sets the mood for a fun time, all of you do, and it is highly appreciated by all of us. Sound....can't get much better than it is, you've got it totally together and can tell the music comes from your hearts, it's not just "another gig". Gregg, I wanted to thank you and your band for the great time we had at our wedding. Honky tonk piano, sweltering female and male vocals, as well as two dudes on bass and drums simply known as "The Rhythm Section." HOME Capital District of Albany, NY - WHAT WE DO Loose Cannon Live is your choice for absolutely any occasion. We keep it "loose" so you, the customer, can choose from an extensive list of hits from just about every style of music on the radio today. This way, if were playing a radio promo for the leading Country radio station, we fire off some Country and Southern Rock. You say youre getting married and want the classic wedding reception tunes? We've gotcha covered. How about a cocktail hour of jazz? Guess what we can do it! Perhaps a strolling violinist during dinner at your event? LCL takes care of you again! Block Party? We blast off whatever we're in the mood for that particular evening. Hence the name Loose Cannon Live powerful, exciting and musically loaded! You see? We love all music, so why be focused on one genre when youre talented enough to play it all! PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Every member of LCL has played Corporate, Weddings, Fundraisers, Outdoor Festivals, State Fairs, Clubs, and much more! Our personnel have performed in some of the most popular bands in the area since the early 80's. There is no doubt you will be getting a professional, fun, hard-working band that will keep your dance floor packed! PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS We have performed and produced a concert for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation called Capital Region Divas Sing for the Cure, We have also donated time to many great causes in the Capital District such as Leukemia Lymphoma, Juvenile Diabetes, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and The Special Olympics just to name a few. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Besides covering any genre of music you want to hear, Loose Cannon Live takes a song you hear on the radio, adds horns when there are none, adds fiddle and steel when there are none, and turns the song loose. Its exciting and fresh our sound is unique, but the song structure is basically the same. We also feature a short set during our show we call Acloostic Cannon where we unplug and perform electric songs acoustically. We actually sit around an electric campfire, sit on coolers and perform traditional campfire sing-along songs. Its a lot of fun and it makes the night more intimate. FAN BASE LCL has an e-mail list of over 1,000. We have a MySpace account that averages 1,000 hits a month. Our base ranges from kids to adults depending on the venue. We have played as far north as Plattsburgh and as far south as NYC. We have also performed in Vermont and Massachusetts.
