Bio
Lorenzo first started play music about the same time he started noticing girls, and for most of the same reasons. Eventually he realized that the music itself was more interesting than it's perks and glued his ears to every set of speakers he could find.
He learned first how to play bass as the youngest member of a local R&B band, playing everywhere from old folks homes to biker bars. After leaving high school he moved into New York City where he has worked as a sideman for the last 5 years, playing venues like Lincoln Center, The BOK Center, Le Poisson Rouge, and Live From Mountain Stage.
His debut album Keep It Down is a narrative which follows four members of a family through their lives. His band is an all-star group of New York session musicians, featuring Steve Elson, Thad DeBrock, Justin Hofmann, and Dan Patrevito.
