THE BARNSONS: The Road to Something More ***
She's a local Christian artist who sings of her beliefs with unalloyed pride. The Barnsons have some great players here, including guitarist Robbie Steininger, and the vocals and production are above average.

This country singer, whose backup band and singers include her sister and brother, plus Robbie Steininger on guitar, offered a tight, thoroughly professional set. Her tuneful voice was supported by great backup singing - particularly when the three singers joined force in unaccompanied harmony. The band has received considerable ariplay and opened for country favorites Farmer's Daughter and it's not hard to see why.

"I write from my own experience and my own personal observation of life around me. I try to build songs that are melodically contagious and words that encourage the spirit within us and elevate the human heart! What comes naturally and passionately is what flows foremost from my soul and that is my belief and faith in God!"
