Bio
Conceived from local rock and roll band American Ruse, Los Hijos Del Diablo originated and sprang to life in late 2006.
Shortly after forming, the band recorded a self-released, four-song, self-titled EP. Over the next 2 years they played locally and opened for a number of acts. LHDD had the pleasure of sharing the stage with bands such as Witchcraft, The Sword, Saviours, Kylesa and High On Fire.
The band worked on new material and hit the studio early in 2008. These new studio tracks would later become their first LP. The album was entitled "Ruins of the Ancient Sky," and was quickly picked up by Little Mafia Records. Released locally in Oklahoma City in April of 2009, "Ruins..." was limited to 500 randomly colored vinyl and a video for the track "Dark Faith."
In Febuary 2010 the band parted ways with singer/guitarist Grant Tatum and begin working on new material as a three piece, writing all the songs as instrumentals. The band spent most of 2010 writing and playing locally before adding guitarist Luis Renova in Late October. LHDD is set to hit the road regionally and spread their sound to new cities in the coming years.
