Bio

Lost Cause shared the stage with Django Walker and Charlie Robison back in August 2005 for their very first gig and from then on it's been nothing but good times and great music for the Southeast Texas based foursome. They have created some amazing music and have played with the biggest names in the Texas Country biz including: Rich O Toole, Reckless Kelly, Micky and the Motorcars, Wade Bowen, Jason Boland, and the Randy Rogers Band to name a few. Strangely enough the name Lost Cause came about after frontman Nathan Miller and drummer Tyne Brown left other music projects frustrated from the lack of creativity and influence allowed from the "rest" of the band. After countless auditions trying to find the right musicians it looked like a "lost cause" untill a long-haired songwriting fool name Bert Hoffpauir introduced himself and the band began to take shape. The three were practicing one day when long time friend (and bass player) Ron Arceneaux happened to call and it was all over from there. Slowly but surely Lost Cause is making their presence known and will soon be a force to be reckoned with on the Texas/ Red Dirt scene.
