Lost Cause and the Skimped Sacks

Started in a tormented brain and released through amps in a dingy grimey basement on 105th street. Herb and Seabass played together in a band called Agent Apathy, a punk/ska band. After the break-up Herb starting writing a lot of "emotional" drug induced songs with only a 6 string and himself. Seabass was always a close friend, decided to pick up some sticks and never playing before learned the drums in a couple weeks. We've been working and perfecting songs for the last two years. Our repertoire is about 2 full lengths long, with styles ranging from reggae to hip hop to blues to ska. We have no boundaries we let our minds go. After playing shows but mostly working on songs and having a good time smoking jays and jamming for two years we decided to find a bass player. As for before then we would play all the instruments between the two of us when recording. After a long search and ups and downs. Jza came blastin from the past into the band. Jza and Herb played in a band called The Plankton Beat together and the funny story is Seabass, a phenomenal musician with any instrument, replaced Jza on bass in The Plankton Beat making Jza the perfect fit.
