Bio
The name of our band is Lost Chapter. The reason we named the band this is because all of the members in the band used to play for former bands {CHAPTERS}, but didnt quite get that feeling like we belonged. Pretty much like we were lost. So the name LOST CHAPTER just seemed to fit our personalities so well. The band came together in the summer of 2007, and all the members come from in and around upstate New York. We come from different backgrounds of music as well. For example: Josh, our lead guitarist, who is one half of the writing force in this band, is musically influenced by Slash, Zakk Wylde, and Synyster Gates from Avenged Sevenfold. His brother Eric, on the drums, has a "its never loud enough or fast enough" approach to his playing. Eric and Josh have been playing together since the 7th grade. Mike, "the fastest bass player alive", has been playing bass in a lot of hardcore bands over the years. Don, our singer, and rhythm guitarist, is the other half of the writing combo, has more of a power rock feel to his guitar playing and song writing. Don, Josh, and Eric have been together ever since theyve met in grade school, and have been best friends ever since
