Psychedelic jam bands live on, and Lotus Groove is carrying the torch for fans of The Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers and Ekoostic Hookah. With aggressive guitar solos over laid-back jam-rock riffs, their music brings the '60s and '70s to the new millennium. - Denver Collins - Kent Stater

Bio
Lotus Groove is an alaways evolving musical entity. The latest lineup pairs original bass player Jim Garibaldi with long time singer Andrew Saltzman, former NJs and the Jeffs Guitarist Jeff Gill, and seasoned jazz drummer Ty Landrum. Seen with acts like Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root, Jazzam, Ekoostik Hookah, Papadosio, and Freekbass the band is known for it's thrilling live performances. The band can be seen collaborating with such musicians as Erik Diaz of Hot Tuna, Mike Lobalzo of Really, Aaron Brookes of Trendy and a host of other great players. It's quite hard to pinpoint their exact style as the band drifts from raw improv to straight rock. One thing you can be sure of is you will be hearing a lot about this band as they continue their musical quest.
