Loui Lion

Born Gary Cooper like the famous movie star, he knew he had to be great. His stage name is Loui Lion and would love for people to address him by that name because it is a part of his brand. He loves all music that sounds good to him but his primary genre if asked would be Hip Hop/Rap and R&B. At the age of 12 years old Loui Lion's cousin ask him if he wanted to record music. Loui ambitiously said "yes" and from that day he has perfected his craft. He than realized that he could turn a hobby into a career. In high school he would find himself always around people that were into music. Loui thought "this must be a sign". Later he took his talents to Salisbury University, where he attended. He was attending a freshman seminar when he heard to young ladies talking about needing more acts for the upcoming fashion show. He humorously said "umm, search no more, you have found what you've been looking for". Loui performed in front of thousands of people with smoke screens and light show for the first time. It was a full on production. He enjoyed the rush and crowd participation that came with performing in front of so many people. When ask he said "it was euphoric". After leaving college due to academic issues he went home to Baltimore, MD and placed music on hold after becoming discourage and unsure about his future plans. Music found his way to him again, when a friend by the name of Henni decided to become an artist. The two would then record music together, encouraging and inspiring each other to be great. After that Loui performed at local events along side his childhood friend Henni. One of his greatest accomplishments was performing at one of the biggest festivals in his city called the Sowebo Music and art festival. He ran through the crowds becoming more personable with fans offering the fans an amazing show. Loui now understands what it takes to become successful. He enjoys perfoming for people because it allows him to be free.
