Louie

Louie began his music career in 1982 at the age of 12. Four years later, he wrote and produced his first song, "Thinking of you." In 1988, Louie migrated to the USA where he began working in the dance music scene in Washington D.C. He started his career in the USA as a Disk Jockey (DJ Louie), and soon began his residency at the prestigious "club Z" in the DC area.

By the end of 2000, Louie had played in over 20 clubs in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, more than 30 national conventions, and over 300 private events. His unique and eclectic style earned him significant respect wherever he played, and his Arabic music remixes became a major element in any internationally oriented DJ music
Louie emerged as the pioneer Arabic music remixer in the mid 1990s. He is credited with creating the sound of Arabic music remixing. His first public CD titled "Arab Dance Remix USA Vol 1", released in 1997, was the first Arabic dance music CD to receive wide-ranging popularity world wide. The CD started a revolution and changed the style of Arabic dance music as we know it today.
