Love is a Fist is a 6-piece band based in New York, NY featuring current and former members of), Royal City Riot, The Pandemics, The Jukebox Romantics, Sketchy, The Vagabonds, Danielle Helena and the Haberdashers. The group’s sound is as eclectic as the city they call home, throwing hip hop, reggae, ska, punk, soul, as well as other genres into a blender and rebuilding it as a sound distinctly their own. Having released two EPs entitled “Rebel Music” (2016) and “Montréal” (2017) they are now gearing up to record their debute LP. Love is a Fist draws on their combined decades of musical experience to deliver music as meaningful as it is danceable, with an urban attitude and flair.
