Dameeko Love Knight was born in the Football Hall of Fame City Canton Ohio. As a child music has always been in Dameeko's life. By the age of 13 Dameeko was singing in the Youth choir making bold sounds with her incredible voice. By the age of 16 Dameeko was singing in the Adult choir where her grandfather was the pianist.
After High School Dameeko decided she wanted to pursue her career in music. She entered her first local talent show and Won singing a Frank Sinatra melody called "Under My Skin." Soon after winning she became friends with a small Record Label called Dillgaf Records where she started writing and recording music. Her stage name Lovely was derived from her middle name "Love."
Lovely began performing at local City clubs in Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown, and Dayton Ohio. She has performed in shows for artist such as; Young Joc, Jibbs, Twista, Jeanne Ortega, Brianz davis, and Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees.
Lovely finished her first CD entitled "Unforgettable" with producer Rashaud Polk. Most recent Lovely Won First Place at the Myspace Budweisier Opening Act Contest in Cleveland Ohio where she Opened up for DWELE. She later opended Up for Jill Scott at the Jill Scott Budweiser Fest in Cleveland Ohio.
Lovely continues to work hard developing her craft in Singing, Song Writing, and Dance. Lovely aspires to make timeless music that will Inspire, Encourage, and Strengthen the Spirit of her fans. This Timeless Breath Taking Musical Songtress will light up the stage anytime and anyplace. She's earned her Title as the New Princess of Pop and R&B
