Lovers & Fighters

It's the type of sound that comes deep from your gut. It's a cry. It's raw and authentic. There's a heartbeat in it that uncovers the passion behind it all and hopefully entices you to shout along.

We find ourselves poised somewhere between the delay saturated sounds of Explosions in the Sky, the thoughtful melodies of Coldplay, the harmonic ingenuity of Phil Whickam and the southern edge of John Mark McMillan.

It's aimed at something else, something other than us as band or even the human experience. It has an air of humility. We know we aren't the real show but are simply here to point everyone to what they really came to see. Ultimately, we desire one thing: to see our Creator magnified in the hearts and minds of those that hear us. If we don't accomplish that then we might as well shut down shop, call it quits.
