With influences as diverse as Hendrix, Zappa, and the Allman Brothers, as well as Parliament, Zeppelin, Miles Davis, Johnny Cash, Deep Purple, Muddy Waters, Misfits & Black Sabbath (just to name a few, and a very few at that), LOWER CLASS CITIZENS has crafted their sound like a lightning bolt struck hot from the hands of the rock gods themselves, in a furious storm of ear-shattering thunder that will make your little sister cry and your grandma run for cover. Fronted by the raw, haunting vocals of lead singer Ryan Rolig, LOWER CLASS CITIZENS boasts a powerhouse of homegrown, Eastern Shore talent. Where Ryan brings shades of Robert Plant, Jim Morrison, & Jack White to his microphone, guitar phenomenon, Bill Todd, delivers explosive energy with his Stratocaster--whether by his cool hand or his red hot shredding--channeling the greatest axe men that have come before him. Bassist, Tyler Rolig is the ideal charismatic wing man with his commanding John Paul Jones dynamic, and in-your-face diversity.
